Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for multiple real estate projects. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records. The Human Resources Manager will support workforce planning, coordinate training and development initiatives,



and promote a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also includes collaborating with leadership on compensation and benefits, handling grievance resolutions, and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Qualifications
• Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements applicable in India.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage HR data, maintain records, and use HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
• Proven experience in designing and supporting training, development, and employee engagement programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
