We are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with prior experience in polymer sales, particularly commodity polymers, to expand our customer base, strengthen existing relationships, and manage marketing initiatives from our head office in Kirti Nagar, Current Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:• Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across relevant manufacturing and processing industries.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage existing customer accounts, understand evolving requirements,



strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Polymer Sales: Manage the sales cycle for commodity polymers, including customer engagement, grade selection, quotations, price negotiations, order closure, and follow-up.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Plan, manage, and execute WhatsApp marketing initiatives, including customer outreach, product promotions, campaign planning, and lead generation.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor polymer prices, market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify commercial opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, track leads and sales pipelines, monitor performance against targets, and provide regular updates.
• Customer Service: Take ownership of customer requirements and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and reliable deliveries.
