About Our Client:

What you'll do:
• Convert demand into a practical production plan
• Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials
• Coordinate production planning with Production and Sales
• Manage raw-material, packaging and finished-goods inventory
• Maintain cold-store discipline and temperature controls




• Ensure FIFO/FEFO, traceability and inventory accuracy
• Manage dispatch planning, loading and documentation
• Control ageing, damage, expiry and stock losses
• Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate logistics and customer-order priorities

We're looking for someone who:
• Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or MBA qualification
• Approximately 10–15 years in plant supply chain
• Experience in production planning, warehouse and dispatch
• Cold-chain or frozen-food experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP, inventory controls and S&OP;
• Robust coordination and analytical skills
