Role Description The Hardware Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing hardware solutions that support Aleph-Labs’ digital products and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing hardware architectures, performing circuit design, and collaborating with software and design teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.



The Hardware Specialist will test, debug, and document hardware systems, while maintaining alignment with performance, reliability, and safety standards. This role also involves supporting cross-functional teams with technical guidance, participating in design reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal hardware development processes.
