Role Description The Physics Faculty role at PrepMed NEET is a full-time, on-site position based in Baharampur. The faculty member will plan and deliver engaging Physics classes aligned with the NEET syllabus, using clear explanations, problem-solving sessions, and exam-oriented strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and reviewing assignments and tests, analyzing student performance, and providing academic guidance and doubt-clearing support. The role also involves collaborating with other faculty and academic teams to refine teaching materials, contribute to question bank development, and participate in workshops or mock tests. The faculty is expected to maintain high academic standards, ensure timely coverage of the curriculum, and foster a supportive learning environment for NEET aspirants.
