Role Description The Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot.



This role supports senior leadership with executive assistance tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential correspondence. In parallel, the role oversees core HR functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management support, and maintaining HR records and compliance documentation. The individual will help implement HR policies, facilitate internal communication, and assist in training and development initiatives aligned with the company’s culture and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, addressing employee queries, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
