Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time role responsible for identifying current business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding client relationships. This hybrid position is based in Rajarhat, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals, ensuring high-quality client communication, and maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes in CRM tools. The Business Development Executive is expected to meet growth targets, contribute to business development strategies, and represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
