We're Hiring | Outbound & Campaigns Owner – SDR
microLM is building a Decision OS for mid-market companies and is currently recruiting for its ecommerce vertical, ecommerce brands with $20M–$150M in revenue that use platforms like Shopify & WooCommerce.
We work with CFOs, FP&A; teams and PE Operating Partners to reduce margin leakage, avoid cashflow surprises, and speed up decision-making.
We're looking for an experienced outbound specialist to own our top-of-funnel engine and help build a focused, high-ICP outbound motion from the ground up.

• Build ICP-aligned prospect lists across apparel, beauty, and home/living ecommerce brands on Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce
• Filter accounts by revenue band, geography, and PE/investor backing
• Build and execute multi-step email and LinkedIn sequences using Apollo
• Test subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs with the GTM Lead
• Track open, reply, and positive response rates and suggest new experiments
• Maintain accurate CRM statuses, fields, and activity logs
• Work with Research and RevOps to bring account intelligence and relevant triggers into outreach

• 2–4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or demand generation professional in B2B SaaS with strong outbound experience
• Deep, hands-on experience with Apollo or a similar platform and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong written English and the ability to personalize outreach at scale
• Process-driven mindset with comfort using spreadsheets and basic reporting
• Experience targeting Finance, Operations, or ecommerce personas is a plus

• Own the outbound engine from day one in a focused, high-ICP environment
• Work closely with the Founder and GTM Lead, where good ideas can be tested quickly
• See a explicit connection between your campaigns, qualified meetings, pilots, revenue, and product direction
• Grow into a Senior SDR or Outbound Manager role as we scale
