Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Safecon’s safety solutions to builders, contractors, and subcontractors. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective and current clients, understanding their safety requirements, preparing and presenting proposals,



and negotiating contracts within the assigned territory. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, tracking sales performance against targets, and providing regular market feedback to management. The Area Sales Manager is expected to maintain accurate sales reports, participate in local industry events, and represent the organization in a professional manner.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, industrial products, or safety solutions.
• Strong skills in business development, territory management, and client relationship building.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts effectively.
• Proficiency in basic CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
