Primary Responsibilities

• Comply with Optum and client business unit requirements, employment terms, company policies, procedures, and applicable operational directives
• Configure, support, and enhance Workday Supply Chain Management capabilities, primarily Workday Procurement and Workday Inventory
• Support end-to-end procure-to-pay and inventory processes, including requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receipts, returns, stock requests, transfers, counting, replenishment, and inventory adjustments




• Maintain supply chain foundation data such as suppliers, purchase items, catalogs, spend categories, units of measure, inventory sites, stocking locations, and related hierarchies
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, evaluate options, and translate needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications, routing, security groups, and domain or business-process security policies
• Design and maintain operational reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and reconciliation controls for procurement, inventory, supplier, and financial data
• Support integrations with suppliers, procurement networks, finance systems, third-party logistics providers, and other internal or external applications. Monitor schedules, investigate failures, and coordi
