Hello, we at Pickle Haus — a sports experiences company with a growing community of 4,000+ members, and we are hiring. We organise weekly sports events across Pune, own 3 facilities, and are now gearing up for rapid expansion.

As part of our growth journey, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-energy individual to support our design and social media department.

Location: Market Yard, Pune
Work Type: From Office
Commitment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Creating designs using Canva Pro / Illustrator
• Reel edits as and when needed
• Content Planning and Posting
• Monthly content review/analytics
• Shooting our events to capture raw content will be a plus
• Managing WhatsApp groups: responding to queries, explaining events, and participant coordination
• Finance tracking for event entries and reconciliation
• Managing and following up on Instagram leads and enquiries




• Providing on-ground support and backend operations during events and for facilities
• Backend coordination with team members, volunteers, and participants

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Owns a two-wheeler or a vehicle for commuting
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Has a solid “figure it out” attitude and takes ownership
• Passionate about design and social media engagement
• Socially extroverted, energetic, and fun to be around
