1. Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tenders Executive to manage the complete tendering and bidding process for government, PSU, and institutional projects. The role will involve identifying relevant opportunities, analyzing tender documents, coordinating technical and commercial inputs, ensuring compliance, and submitting accurate and timely bids.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, government tender procedures, and bid documentation, along with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Tender Identification & Tracking· Monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and other relevant tender platforms.
· Identify tenders relevant to RSI’s business areas, including GIS and remote sensing, drone and DGPS surveying, digital mapping, land records, asset management, IT/ITeS, infrastructure, mining, and related technical services.
· Maintain a structured tender tracker with deadlines, eligibility criteria, EMD, tender fees, and submission status.




· Share timely updates and prospect summaries with management.
2.2 Tender Analysis & Bid Qualification· Study tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, corrigenda, amendments, and associated schedules.
· Prepare tender synopsis / bid qualification sheets covering scope, eligibility, technical requirements, turnover, experience, EMD, tender fee, performance security, key dates, and JV / consortium conditions.
· Coordinate with management to assess bid feasibility and Go/No-Go decisions.
· Identify risks, deviations, ambiguities, and clarification requirements.
2.3 Bid Documentation & Submission· Prepare and compile technical bids, commercial / financial bids, company credentials, experience documents, compliance statements, EMD / bid security documents, declarations, undertakings, affidavits, OEM authorizations, powers of attorney, consortium documents, and other required submissions.
