Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive travel itineraries for individuals and groups, considering preferences, budgets, and travel constraints
• Develop and create detailed travel vouchers for clients, covering all aspects of their itinerary, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity in voucher details, providing comprehensive information to clients
• Collaborate with travel agents and guides to gather relevant information and insights for inclusion in travel documentation




• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing pre-travel information.
• Address any discrepancies or changes promptly and effectively.
• Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during travel, coordinating with on-the-ground teams to address challenges and ensure a positive client experience.
• Coordinate between trip leaders and suppliers, booking hotels, taxis, flights, and assisting customers with visa documentation.
• Research current hotels, restaurants, activities, and local suppliers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in travel operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
