Role Description The Collections Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Amreli. The person in this role oversees and drives collections strategies to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include monitoring overdue accounts, coordinating with collection officers, reviewing portfolio performance, and implementing action plans to reduce delinquencies.



The Collections Manager analyzes data and reports to track trends, ensures adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams such as operations, credit, and customer service. The role also involves training and guiding team members, handling escalated cases, and recommending process improvements to optimize collection efficiency.
