Experience : 6+ years in HR with Spine payroll software is must in any manufacturing company

Key ResponsibilitiesSkills: payroll,compliance,government,spine software,contractors,documentation

• Shop Floor Discipline & Safety Compliance
• Maintain discipline and proper employee conduct across the CRGO shop floor.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor employee discipline and compliance with company rules.
• Check proper use of Safety Shoes, Helmet, Uniform, Apron and other required PPE.
• Identify PPE violations and initiate appropriate memo/warning procedures.
• Issue memos for machine-related wrong cutting/personnel-related issues wherever required.
• Coordinate with Production and Department Heads for corrective action on disciplinary matters.
• Ensure employees follow safety,



attendance and workplace conduct requirements.
• Attendance & Manpower Management
• Track and verify daily attendance of CRGO Division employees.
• Monitor shift-wise manpower availability and absenteeism.
• Prepare and maintain manpower reports for CNC and Slitting operations.
• Submit manpower, machine and target reports to the Cluster Head.
• Production & Operational Reporting
• Prepare and maintain the Daily Production Report for CNC, Slitting and Dispatch.
• Prepare and circulate the Hourly CNC Production Report.
• Monitor production achievement against assigned targets.
• Prepare Shortage and Excess Cutting Reports and coordinate with Production/QC teams for corrective action.
• Check shift-wise efficiency reports for CNC and Slitting.
• Monitor production manpower and machine utilization in coordination with Production teams.
