We’re Hiring: QC/QA Engineers
? Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
We are looking for two QC/QA professionals to join our team:
• Junior QC Engineer – Site Location: 1 Position
• Senior QC Engineer – Office Location: 1 Position

Experience Requirements:
• Overall experience: 5–10 years
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QC/QA (mandatory)
• PMC experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor QA/QC activities as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, and test records.
• Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs)



and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with clients, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections, support quality audits, and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, documentation, and NCR/CAPA processes.
• Positive communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
