Role Description The Lead Generation Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving qualified sales opportunities for Khashsoft’s software and IT services. This position involves planning and executing lead generation campaigns, identifying and nurturing prospects through email, social media, and other digital channels,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Lead Generation Manager will research target markets and accounts, build and refine prospect lists, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, outreach sequences, and conversion goals. Daily activities include tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns based on data, and preparing regular reports and insights on pipeline health. The role also requires ongoing market and competitor analysis to continuously improve lead quality and volume.
