About This Role

PropBulls is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our real estate data management efforts. You'll work with our operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information across our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized work, has robust attention to detail, and is interested in the real estate industry. You'll gain valuable experience in how technology companies manage and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update property information in our platform
• Verify data accuracy and consistency across listings
• Coordinate with team members to gather required information
• Follow established processes for data entry and quality checks
• Flag discrepancies or issues for review




• Assist with organizing and categorizing property data
• Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using computers and web-based applications
• Good organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Available to work from our Mumbai office (Goregaon East)

Nice to Have

• Interest in real estate or property markets
• Previous experience with data entry or administrative work
• Familiarity with CRM or database systems
• Quick typing speed with accuracy
