Role Description This is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Regional Manager – AD Sales/Media/Digital Sales (4–9 years experience). The Regional Manager will drive advertising and media sales across NoBrokerHood’s community platform, focusing on revenue growth through partnerships with brands, agencies, and local businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, developing pitch strategies, conducting client meetings, negotiating and closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships to ensure campaign success and renewals. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to design impactful ad solutions, optimize inventory, and track performance metrics. The Regional Manager will also forecast regional sales, report on pipeline and performance, guide local sales executives, and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
