Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for Canviza Services Private Limited in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves defining the technology roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, and overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure systems and platforms. The CTO will manage and mentor technical teams, establish engineering best practices,



and ensure effective project delivery across multiple initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership on business and product strategy, evaluating new technologies and vendors, setting IT governance and security standards, and monitoring performance and risk across all technology operations. The CTO will also drive innovation, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable value.
