Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner (TA & HRBP) to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage core HR business partnering activities. The role will be responsible for developing effective hiring strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, driving employee engagement, supporting performance management, and ensuring seamless HR operations aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in managing recruitment teams and partnering with business leaders in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, operations, technology, and other business functions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with workforce plans and business requirements.
• Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines and budgets.
• Handle critical, leadership, and niche hiring requirements.




• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and selection criteria.
• Manage sourcing channels, job portals, employee referrals, social media hiring, consultants, and campus recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads.
• Understand business objectives and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
