The Manager Planning is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring aircraft maintenance activities to ensure timely execution in compliance with DGCA CAR-145 requirements, approved maintenance programs, customer commitments, and organizational objectives. The role acts as a critical link between Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Customers to ensure productive utilization of manpower, materials, tooling, and facility resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintenance Planning

• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules for Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, component maintenance, and special projects.
• Develop work packages based on approved maintenance programs, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), modifications, and customer requirements.
• Plan maintenance inputs considering aircraft downtime, manpower availability, tooling, material availability, and facility constraints.
