About the Role
As a Content Ideator at Network18, you will be part of a team that creates ideas for some of India’s biggest brands and audiences. The ideas could take the form of videos, social-first content, podcasts, events, experiences, digital series, IPs or something completely new.

You could be working on an idea that starts with a blank sheet of paper or taking a sponsor brief and turning it into something fresh, engaging and commercially viable.

The role goes beyond just coming up with ideas. You will need to shape the idea, build a compelling story around it, create a sharp presentation and confidently pitch it to a potential sponsor.

You don’t need to come from a TV background. We’re particularly interested in people who have worked in digital, social media, short-form content, branded content, agencies, creator ecosystems, events, experiences or other new-age content formats.

You could be a content strategist, creative planner, social media skilled, branded content specialist, agency creative, creator-economy professional, event/experience designer or digital storyteller.

What You’ll Do
• Come up with fresh, monetisable content ideas across video, digital, social, audio, events, experiences and other emerging formats.
• Look beyond the obvious — track trends, formats, consumer behaviour and emerging conversations to identify interesting opportunities.
• Take a sponsor brief and turn it into a strong content idea that works for both the audience and the brand.
• Turn ideas into clear, compelling and well-designed PPT decks that tell the story and sell the opportunity.
• Present and pitch your ideas to clients and potential sponsors with the ability to explain and sell the thinking behind the idea, rather than simply read from a deck.
• Work closely with sales, editorial, production, design and execution teams to take promising ideas forward.
