About the Role

We are looking for a driven, target-oriented, and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop client relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, and strengthen our market presence.
Candidates with a legal background or prior experience in the legal industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities while consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, lead-generation campaigns, and business development funnels to increase revenue and strengthen the company's brand presence.
• Sales & Marketing Communication: Create compelling emails, proposals, presentations, and marketing content tailored to target audiences through research and a strong understanding of client needs.




• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive intelligence, providing actionable insights, competitor updates, and product improvement recommendations to leadership.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid client relationships, address client feedback, manage escalations, and communicate concerns promptly to the leadership team.
• Product & Platform Improvement: Collect and analyse client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to recommend improvements to products and services.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with ecosystem partners, industry stakeholders, and potential business collaborators to create new business opportunities and drive growth.
• Risk Identification: Identify potential business, client, and legal-related risks and promptly communicate them to leadership.
