Archive 168 is a women's fragrance label built around scent as emotional memory. Each fragrance is anchored to a season, a feeling or a moment, and carries that story through to the customer.

Fragrance is a category that rewards proximity. Much of how the brand grows will happen in person, through the spaces it shows up in and the relationships built around them.

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to own this work. The role covers B2B sales, led by corporate and wedding gifting; investor outreach; and brand collaborations. These partnerships are built in person, so the role involves travel. You'll work alongside and report to our Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer.

The right candidate brings a strong record in sales and partnerships within beauty, lifestyle or hospitality, sound commercial judgement, and a strong network. Experience with early-stage brands is a real plus.
