Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for MSME Loan Against Property (LAP) business roles. The candidate should have experience in sourcing and hiring frontline sales professionals for NBFCs, banks, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for MSME LAP sales positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and local market networks.
• Hire Relationship Officers, Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely vacancy closure.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.




• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Track recruitment MIS, interview status, offer dropouts, and joining ratios.
• Support salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Candidate Requirements :
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in NBFCs, banking, or financial services.
• Experience hiring for MSME LAP, Loan Against Property, secured business loans, or SME lending is preferred.
• Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Profile :
Candidates with experience in frontline sales hiring for NBFCs, microfinance institutions, or banks will be preferred.
