Role Description The Sales – B2B Textile role at TruColors is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing new institutional and corporate clients for school-wear and related textile products, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.



The person in this role will conduct client meetings and product presentations, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with design and production teams to develop suitable solutions and pricing. Daily responsibilities include preparing and negotiating proposals, tracking orders, following up on payments, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to contribute to sales strategies and product improvements.
Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles, apparel, uniforms, or related industries, with solid skills in lead generation and client relationship management.
• Ability to conduct effective product presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
