About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join Schbang’s Marketing Automation Department.
This role is for a writer who sees communication beyond individual pieces of content. Someone who can understand a brand, its audience and its business objective, and translate that understanding into sharp, relevant communication across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, in-app communication and other CRM-led formats.
The role combines creative thinking, strong writing, channel adaptability and client ownership. You should be able to take a communication brief, understand the logic behind it, develop the right creative approach, articulate your thinking and execute it across the appropriate formats.

What You Will Do
• Own copywriting and communication for assigned accounts, from understanding the brief and audience to developing clear, strategically sound ideas.
• Develop CRM communication calendars and campaign territories across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, in-app communication, landing pages and other CRM formats.
• Adapt ideas to each channel’s strengths,



limitations and intended action, using copy, personalisation and interactivity effectively.
• Think beyond social trends and video-led executions to explore CRM and marketing automation as creative communication spaces.
• Ensure every communication has a clear purpose and is relevant to the audience, context and business objective.
• Use campaign data and metrics such as open rates, CTR and conversions to refine communication and improve effectiveness.
• Present ideas, calendars and recommendations to clients, clearly articulate and defend your thinking, and respond to feedback independently and constructively.
• Build client trust through strong work, clear communication and a sound understanding of their objectives.
• Contribute ideas, copy and channel-specific executions to pitches and recent-business opportunities.
