Role Description
The Front Desk Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad with a builder and real estate development firm. This team member will be the first point of contact for prospective property buyers, existing customers, channel partners, and other visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Daily responsibilities include handling walk-in and telephone inquiries about the company’s projects, sharing basic information using approved project materials, and directing detailed sales queries to the appropriate team members. The role involves scheduling and confirming client meetings and property site visits, coordinating with sales and site teams, maintaining visitor and inquiry records, and managing meeting room bookings.

The Front Desk Representative will also support basic administrative tasks, including updating customer records, organising brochures and documents, handling correspondence, and routing booking, payment, or possession-related queries to the relevant departments.



Maintaining an organised reception area and ensuring timely communication between clients and internal teams are key responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to assist prospective buyers, existing customers, channel partners, and visitors professionally.
• Experience in reception, front desk operations, or customer coordination; prior experience with a builder, property developer, or real estate firm is preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate terminology and the property inquiry, site visit, and booking process.
• Excellent phone etiquette, with the ability to manage incoming calls, record inquiries accurately, and coordinate timely follow-ups with the sales team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to share clear information and interact courteously with clients and colleagues.
