WE’RE HIRING | HEAD CHEF
We’re building something exciting in Vashi, and we’re looking for a Head Chef who wants to be part of it from the ground up.

What we're building?
A new-age dining and drinking destination built around fun food, serious drinks, great music, and an atmosphere people come back for.
We’re looking for a Head Chef who can bring this vision to life through a distinctive menu, a strong kitchen team, and consistently excellent execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Building and developing a creative, commercially viable menu across Asian, Indian and European cuisines.
• Developing recipes, standardising portions, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Leading kitchen setup, trials, and pre-opening preparations.
• Building, training and managing the kitchen team.
• Managing food costs, inventory, procurement, wastage and kitchen hygiene.
• Creating systems that ensure the kitchen performs just as well on a packed Saturday night as it does on a quiet weekday.

Who we’re looking for:




• A chef with strong experience in restaurants, bars, or contemporary casual dining.
• Someone who understands both culinary creativity and commercial realities.
• A hands-on leader who can build a kitchen culture, not just supervise a team.
• Someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys creating something from scratch.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership, thinks beyond the pass, and wants to build a place people talk about.

This isn’t just about running a kitchen. It’s about helping build a brand.
