? Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have experience in both the University/Higher Education and Hospital/Healthcare sectors.
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree from a reputed institution will be preferred.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.
• Proven leadership, team management, communication, and administrative skills.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition,



onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Oversee HR operations across university and hospital environments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
• Develop and implement KRA-based performance appraisal and employee engagement systems.
• Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and talent retention initiatives.
• Drive HR process improvements and strengthen organizational culture.
