At OWLED Media, we don’t just make content; we engineer virality. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who understands research, angles, hooks, packaging, and distribution as one system, and can help shape and grow high-performing business and news IPs.

About OWLEDOWLED is a creative agency working across film and video production, digital content, social media, influencer marketing, AR, design, and owned media. We work with brands across categories and have built our own distribution ecosystem, generating 500M+ views every month. Our work spans high-volume content production, large-scale brand campaigns, social retainers, influencer-led campaigns, and owned IPs.

About the role• You will work closely with a team doing 500M+ views/month across a portfolio of IPs, helping shape each IP and own its growth.
• This role is not for someone who simply follows trends or waits for ideas to come to them.
• We’re looking for someone who has researched, written, and posted content that went viral predictably, and can handle content in volume.
• You should be excited by the business, tech,



and startup ecosystem and have solid judgment around what is worth publishing and what isn’t.

Key responsibilities• Research businesses, people, markets, culture, conversations, and podcasts daily to keep production supplied with strong ideas.
• Build content angles and hooks by identifying the strongest narrative for an idea and shaping it into something that stops the right audience.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and other strategists to take ideas from concept to execution.
• Own client content and create high-performing output within client briefs and boundaries.
• Review content and industry performance weekly to improve future content strategy.

What we’re looking for• 1–2 years of experience in content strategy, content research, social media, or a similar role.
• You’ve built an info theme page or personal brand to 100k+ followers with strong baseline views.
