Responsibilities
What you will own.
• 01Design, budget, and run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, cold outreach).
• 02Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and email nurturing workflows.
• 03Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
• 04Implement analytics, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking across marketing properties.
• 05Run experiments, analyze campaign ROI, and report performance to executive leadership.





Intermediate skills
What you should bring.
• Hands-on experience managing paid ad accounts (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads)
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM workflows)
• Strong analytical abilities: advanced Excel, analytics platforms, and attribution modeling
• Copywriting skills for ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and email copy
• A/B testing methodology, landing page optimization, and cohort analysis

Useful, not required: Experience in marketing AI products, developer tools, or high-value B2B enterprise services is highly preferred.
