We are looking for talented, ambitious, and driven Chartered Accountants to join our growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapid-growing EV manufacturing organization and contribute to building robust financial processes in an emerging industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and applicable accounting standards.
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Handle Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST and Income Tax matters.
• Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Support business decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across finance functions.

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
• Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST & Income Tax)
• Financial Controls & Compliance
• MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Audit Coordination
• Preferred Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electric Vehicle (EV), or related industries will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
