Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospects within the experiential marketing and events space. The role includes preparing and presenting proposals, pitching services to potential clients,



and collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with Spikee Experience’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing client relationships, tracking market trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving sales and revenue targets. The executive will also support strategic initiatives to expand the company’s presence in key markets and contribute to long-term business growth.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and create a robust sales pipeline.
• Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client portfolios, negotiate contracts, and drive repeat engagements.
