Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective learners,



and converting qualified leads into enrollments for training programs. The specialist will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inquiries, and nurture long-term relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining course offerings, addressing questions or concerns, coordinating with the training and operations teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also includes preparing sales reports, participating in marketing or outreach campaigns, and providing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills with experience in telesales or education/training sales.
