Roles and Responsibilities
Key Requirements:
• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform monthly accounting tasks and review books of accounts.
• Auditing Expertise: Manage statutory audits for private companies, tax audits, and GST audits, including annual returns (GSTR 9 & 9C).
• Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Tax Computations: Draft and review IT computations accurately.
• Compliance Handling: Prepare and submit timely responses to notices from government departments.
• Tax Filing: Possess excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and Income Tax return filing.
• Payroll Management: Oversee the preparation and finalization of monthly payroll for clients.
• Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations for GST and Income Tax (TDS).
• Accounting Standards: Robust knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS preferred) and corporate taxation.

Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience in a CA firm.
• Bcom/Mcom/BBA/MBA-Accounting & Taxation/or Relevent background.




• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Accounting and Taxation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• A proactive learner who thrives in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.
