The Role
As Associate Director – Growth & Retention, you will own the full lifecycle P&L;—from activation to repeat behaviour to reactivation—and lead a multidisciplinary team of 12–15 across analytics, CRM, campaign operations, personalisation, and rewards. This is a function-head role. You will set strategy, manage a significant incentive budget, and represent Growth & Retention in leadership forums.
