Role Description The Immediate Joiners (Recruitment Consultant - 8k) role is a full time, remote position responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and matching candidate profiles to client requirements. The Recruitment Consultant will coordinate interview schedules, maintain accurate candidate records, and communicate regularly with both clients and applicants to ensure a smooth hiring process.



The role also involves preparing job postings, supporting offer negotiations, and contributing to improvements in recruitment strategies and workflows.
Qualifications
• Strong carpentry-related knowledge, including Carpentry and Finish Carpentry, to understand trade-specific candidate profiles.
• Ability to assess experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools when screening candidates for technical roles.
• Understanding of Framing and other construction practices to accurately evaluate skill sets and job fit.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in technical or skilled trades sectors.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, online job platforms, and basic office productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skil
