Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying and onboarding influencers, developing creative strategies, and ensuring successful campaign execution. Key responsibilities include collaborating with influencers to align on brand goals, tracking performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, and maintaining relationships with influencer networks.



The role will also involve staying up-to-date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends to continuously refine strategies and deliver optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Performance Analysis
• Solid relationship management and negotiation skills when working with influencers
• Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize results
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as influencer databases or social media analytics tools
• Knowledge of key social media platforms and emerging trends in the digital marketing space
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
