About Accounting, Payroll, & Accounts Payable:
This group is dynamic and values creative minds that can achieve business objectives but also provide ideation and improvement where opportunity presents. We seek continuous improvement that fits into the company's larger business objections and platform imperatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Manages the Accounts Payable process:
• Process invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments to vendors using the Coupa platform.




• Review, code, and route invoices for approval within COUPA Invoice Smash,.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals, and reporting.
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support continuous process improvements and other accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization.
• Experience in using Coupa for invoice processing and accounts payable workflows is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
