Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in dashboard development, data engineering, SQL-based ETL, and banking data analytics.

? Key Responsibilities• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for financial and banking data.
• Publish and maintain reports using on-premise Power BI Report Server.
• Develop SQL-based ETL pipelines to process and structure data.
• Optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing for performance and data accuracy.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance controls in Power BI.
• Design and maintain data models using star schema and snowflake schema.
• Automate data refresh processes and optimize report performance.




• Collaborate with BI teams to align reporting solutions with banking requirements.
• Support data transformations; SAS experience is an added advantage.

?️ Required Skills• 5+ years of experience in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and SQL-based ETL.
• Robust hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Extensive banking domain experience with financial and transactional datasets.
• Strong SQL / T-SQL skills, including stored procedures and indexing.
• Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL workflows.
• Experience with Power BI Report Server and report performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications• Experience with SAS for data transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working in a structured Business Intelligence team.
