We’re looking for a smart, proactive MBA professional to work directly with the Founder and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance Tracking
• Marketing Performance Tracking Domestic
• Setting Up Systems & Processes For Growing Brands
• Analyzing Marketing Performance
- Coordinate with manufacturers and manage production timelines.
- Track inventory, procurement and packaging materials.
- Manage vendor follow-ups, including domestic and international suppliers.
- Prioritize orders, prevent stockouts and ensure timely deliveries.
- Build structured MIS reports and provide daily updates to the Founder.
Requirements:
- MBA qualification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Digital Marketing
- Strong communication, Excel, coordination and problem-solving skills
- High ownership, follow-through and execution mindset
- Delhi-based candidates only
