Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to accelerate Brio’s market expansion across India. In this high-impact role, you will lead consultative GTM strategy, execute full-lifecycle enterprise sales, and evangelize our integrated Cloud, Data, and AI solution portfolio to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Opportunity Execution: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities across Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering/Analytics, and Applied AI/GenAI services.
• Consultative Selling & Solutioning:



Conduct deep technical and commercial discovery to address customer pain points, delivering tailored presentations and demos that connect infrastructure, data, and AI to business ROI.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Formulate and execute GTM campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts, expanding Brio’s footprint in key growth verticals.
• Relationship & Ecosystem Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, IT leadership, and partner ecosystem teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, delivery heads, and customer success teams to ensure seamless deal execution, onboarding, and long-term client retention.
• Contract Negotiation & Closure: Lead complex contract negotiations, deal structuring, and commercial closures to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Key Qualifications (Must-Haves)
• Field Sales Experience: Minimum 5+ years of direct field sales experie
