Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Executive O&M; role based in Sonipat. The Service Executive will focus on overseeing operations and maintenance activities for solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, addressing performance issues, coordinating with team members, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety practices.



The role requires collaboration with various teams to achieve high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
• Proven Customer Service and Communication abilities to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Team Management and Organization Skills to lead teams and ensure effective workflow in operations
• Knowledge of solar power systems or renewable energy solutions is advantageous
• Problem-solving capability and an analytical mindset to oversee technical operations
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, energy management, or a related field
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and maintain focus under pressure
