As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Growth Manager to lead our user acquisition, corporate pipeline, and revenue expansion strategies.

About the RoleAs our Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth funnel for Beat Education. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel strategies across B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporate training & enterprise partnerships). If you thrive at the intersection of data, creativity, performance marketing, and sales enablement, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities• Funnel Ownership: Own the full customer journey—from awareness and lead generation to conversion, retention, and referral.
• Performance Marketing:



Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Display, YouTube).
• B2B & Corporate Growth: Partner with sales and corporate training teams to build predictable lead generation pipelines targeting HR heads, founders, and L&D; decision-makers.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run continuous A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, lead magnets, and email/WhatsApp drip campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor metrics across channels (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates) and turn data into actionable growth levers.
• Product-Led & Organic Growth: Collaborate with content and product teams to leverage SEO, webinars, community initiatives, and organic growth channels.
