About the Role
We are looking for an Ads Management Executive to execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute planned campaigns, monitor performance, analyze results and make regular optimizations to improve campaign performance.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working with advertising platforms, numbers and data.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns as planned by the Marketing Lead.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, targeting and other campaign settings.
• Monitor campaign performance through automated reports.
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
• Optimize ad copies based on campaign performance.
• Test different audiences, targeting, ad copies and campaign settings.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and make necessary changes.
• Support the Marketing Lead in implementing new campaigns and experiments.




• Stay updated with changes and best practices in Meta and Google Ads.
• Use AI tools to improve research, analysis and day-to-day productivity.
