Role Description The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Sukino Continuum Care center in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules,



supervising clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensuring that patient care and support services are delivered efficiently and safely. The Center Manager coordinates with healthcare partners, doctors, and families to plan admissions, discharges, follow-up visits, and home care services, maintaining clear and empathetic communication at all times. Responsibilities also include monitoring center performance, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role requires active involvement in quality improvement initiatives, resolving operational issues, fostering a collaborative work culture, and supporting training and development of team members.
