Duties and Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with automotive dealers and OEM sales teams in the assigned territory
• Regularly visit dealerships to assess inventory levels, credit needs, and business opportunities
• Educate dealers on financing schemes, product terms, and digital tools provided by the NBFC

Business Development & Disbursements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale disbursement targets across dealer lines, term loans, or working capital products
• Drive dealer onboarding, document collection, KYC verification, and limit utilization
• Support rollout of OEM wholesale programs and incentive schemes at the regional level

Credit Coordination & Approvals
• Work closely with credit managers to facilitate dealer proposals, renewals, and escalations
• Track status of credit files, approvals, and ensure timely limit setups
• Provide feedback to credit and policy teams based on field experience

Process & System Adoption
• Promote usage of digital loan origination tools, dealer portals, and automated limit management systems
• Ensure compliance with RBI norms, company credit policies, and ethical sales practices
• Support resolution of operational or disbursement-level issues at ground level

Knowledge and Skills
• Robust understanding of automotive channel financing / dealer financing
• Excellent field sales acumen, relationship building, and negotiation skills and Knowledge of credit documentation, disbursement workflows, and credit lifecycle
• High energy, target-oriented, and excellent communication abilities

Education and Experience
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or related fields from a reputed institute
• 10+ year
