Job Summary Looking for a skilled to handle Supply Chain, Order Management and After Sales Claim activities, including inventory, supplier coordination, claims, refunds and credit note processing.
Mandatory Skills-SAP HANA/S4HANA + SLA/KPI + Quote to Order/Fulfillment/Logistics/Planning + Transformation Project

Responsibilities
• Handle Supply Chain, Order Management and After Sales Claim activities.
• Manage inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers.
• Process claims, refunds and credit notes.
• Work in any shifts.
• Work all days from office.

Qualifications
• Graduate / Postgraduate with 9-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Domain.
• Experience - 10+ Years.

Required Skills




• Excellent communication skills with experience in handling both customers and client’s internal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of any of the Supply Chain functions – Quote to Order, Fulfillment and logistics, Planning functions.
• Good understanding of working in SAP HANA.
• Understands SLAs/KPIs well.
• Have done 1-2 transformation projects in his current or previous roles.

Preferred Skills
• JL5A: (Supply Chain requirement).

Pay range and compensation package
• Max 19 LPA
